The Leadership Accelerator is built for leaders in technology, engineering, science, finance, and professional services - people who were promoted because they're brilliant at what they do, and who now need to operate differently at this level. It is not a personality overhaul. It is not abstract frameworks or inspirational stories about what other leaders did. It is the practical mechanics of leading leaders - the layer that most leadership development glosses over. Participants leave with specific tools, clearer language for the conversations they've been avoiding, and a leadership approach that works with who they already are.

Open Cohort
The format for individual leaders.
Best for leaders whose organisation is investing in their development.
The open cohort brings together a small group of senior technical leaders from different organisations - typically 12 to 20 participants. Learning alongside peers navigating the same transition, from different industries and contexts, sharpens the thinking and broadens the perspective.

Each module covers one dimension of leadership - not as theory, but as a set of specific skills and tools you can apply immediately. The content is evidence-informed and practical. Participants work through real scenarios, apply tools to live challenges, and leave each session with commitments they can act on.
