The Leadership Accelerator is a five day, in person leadership intensive for senior technical leaders, aspiring executives, and new executives.
It is designed for people who are technically strong, carry significant responsibility, and want their leadership capability to keep pace with the demands of their role.
The focus is on practical leadership know how that works in everyday situations, not adopting styles that do not fit.

Across the week, participants step back from day to day pressures and work on the practical side of leadership, including:

About the facilitator

I’m Shanel Winning, a business psychologist and the founder of Winning Performance.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked with senior technical leaders and executive teams who carry significant responsibility. I specialise in helping leaders develop practical leadership capability that works in everyday situations, without relying on performative leadership or generic models.
